Where to Get Humped in Tel Aviv PDF Print

Armadillo's - Rechov Achad Ha'Am - A bar for true Tel Avivians - comfortable, neighborhood bar for those who know the real Tel Aviv.

Armadillo's Cervesa - Rechov Dizingoff - The "new" Armadillo's with over 10 different beers on tap and the same friendly atmosphere we loved about the first one.

Beit Habira - Rechov Allenby - The legend.  This is where the revolution started.  One of the first (if not the first) true beer bar in Israel.  Before Beit Habira, everybody just drank Goldstar.

Beit Habira (Neve Tzedek) - Rechov Brant - Great location at the crossroads of Neve Tzedek, Kerem Hatemanim and the Hotel District.  Neighborhood bar atmosphere with a Meditteranean breeze.

"Brown" Tel Aviv- Rechov Herzl - Great bar-staff who really know their beer make this bar a terrific place to hang out.

Haminzar- Off of Allenby but if you didn't already know that you must be a tourist.  This place is truly one of Tel Aviv's legendary bars and it gives us chills just knowing we're on tap there.

Juliette's Kitchen (La Culinaria) - Ramat Hasharon - Cozy bistro featuring delicious food prepared by an award-winning chef.  Only one beer good enough - yeah, it's the Camel.

Lechem Erez - Rechov Ben Yehuda - Draft beer in a coffee shop?  Not everyone could pull this off but it works if your Lechem Erez.  The freshest breads served right alongside Tel Aviv's freshest beer.

Mate - Rechov Dizingoff - Brick walls, a pool table, great beer, super friendly people - who wouldn't  want to put down a few pints here?

NG - Rechov Achad Ha'am - This place is the genuine article.  Quiet, understated class, exquisite food, and always a smile from the professional and friendly waitstaff.  Walk in here and you've just walked into one of the best loved and best known restaurants in the city yet somehow they still make you feel special.

Norma Jean - Rechov Elifelet & Eilat - THE beer bar in Tel Aviv. If it's beer, it's here. Unrivaled Single Malt selection too.

Norman's - Off of Allenby - Cozy bar in the Galileo Hotel at the edge of Kiryat Hateymanim. One of Tel Aviv's true neighborhood bars.

Perach Veyayin - Corner Oded and Aluf David (Ramat Chen) - Beautiful flowers, fine wines, boutique chocolates and of course, only one beer - the Dancing Camel. These guys have really great taste.

Temple Bar - Cinema City - You mean THE Temple Bar - the Irish one? The one with over 20 beers on tap? The one that every food/wine/beer critic in the country has raved about? Yeah - that's the one. Now you can whistle a Clancy Brothers tune, whirl your shellaleagh and ride the Camel all at the same time. Come often and come thirsty!
